"Rainbow Forest Lake" reflects my love for the color spectrum as well as spontaneity. It is painted on a special paper called Yupo that causes the paint to remain on the surface and mix itself, creating unexpected shapes and movement. This creates a challenging surface from which to work which I enjoy because it requires me to use my imagination to create a painting from often unexpected results on the paper. "The appearance of the brilliant light all around was like that of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day. This was the appearance of the form of the Lord's glory." Ezekiel 1:28
